We do accept returns. You have 14 days to send the package back. We don't accept returns of used boots. Returns of used boots will only be accepted if we have sent you the wrong boots. You can return your order within 14 days after reciving. Boots must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. Items or boots, must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore any damage may result that the return will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse or dimnish refunds if an item is returned in worse condition than described at purchase. This does include the removal of original product tags. All Items must be in original, resalable condition. We don't offer free returns. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Also remember that you are responsible for a returned product until it reaches us. Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable. Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please CONTACT US if you want to return boots. Once the item has been recived to our warehouse. you will recieve a refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, to the card or PayPal account used to place the order.
