§ 1

The Administrator processes Customers' personal data necessary for the proper provision of services available in the Online Store and is authorized to use the data collected and stored within the Online Store for the following purposes:

a) placing an order in the Online Store,

b) concluding and executing a Sales Agreement or a Newsletter Service Agreement,

c) direct marketing of its own products or services,

d) providing full User service, including creating and managing User accounts, resolving technical issues, and providing appropriate features,

The Seller declares that the provision of data by the Customer, within the scope indicated above, is voluntary. However, such provision may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Agreement. The scope of data required for the conclusion of the Agreement is previously indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Terms and Conditions.

Examples of recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:

a) in the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store's delivery method by post or courier, the Administrator entrusts the collected Customer's personal data to a selected carrier or intermediary handling shipments on behalf of the Administrator,

Administrator nie powierza przetwarzania danych i nie udostępnia zebranych danych osobowych Klientów podmiotom niepowiązanym bez zgody zainteresowanych, chyba, że zachodzą następujące okoliczności:

a) Administrator może korzystać ze wsparcia podmiotów zewnętrznych w celu świadczenia udostępnianych przez siebie usług, jednak podmioty te nie są upoważnione do niezależnego wykorzystywania danych osobowych przetwarzanych w imieniu Sklepu internetowego, a wszelkie ich działania podlegają przepisom Polityki Prywatności Sklepu internetowego,

Usunięcie danych osobowych lub zaprzestanie ich przetwarzania przez Administratora może skutkować brakiem możliwości realizacji usług świadczonych za pośrednictwem Sklepu internetowego lub poważnym ograniczeniem możliwości korzystania z funkcjonalności Sklepu internetowego.

Ochrona danych osobowych

Sprzedający oświadcza, że chroni dane osobowe Użytkowników na zasadach i zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami RODO. Usługodawca oświadcza, że stosuje środki techniczne i organizacyjne zapewniające ochronę przetwarzanych danych odpowiednią do zagrożeń oraz kategorii danych objętych ochroną, a w szczególności zabezpiecza dane osobowe Użytkowników przed udostępnieniem ich osobom nieupoważnionym, utratą czy uszkodzeniem.

Kupujący w toku procedury zamówienia Towarów, dobrowolnie podaje swoje dane osobowe w zakresie wymaganym przez Sprzedającego.

Uzyskane przez Sprzedającego dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez Sprzedającego w celu:

świadczenia Usług, o których mowa w niniejszym Regulaminie,

rozliczenia płatności za zamówione produkty,

dochodzenia roszczeń z tytułu płatności za złożone zamówienia,

oraz o ile Użytkownik wyraził zgodę w celu przesyłania drogą elektroniczną informacji o produktach/usługach Użytkownika (cel marketingowy/newsletter).

Dane osobowe Użytkownika przetwarzane są:

przez okres niezbędny do realizacji sprzedaży, a także rozliczeniem płatności oraz dochodzeniem roszczeń;

w przypadku przetwarzania na podstawie zgody, dane osobowe przetwarzane są do momentu cofnięcia zgody, przy czym cofnięcie zgody nie wpływa na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.

W każdym czasie Kupujący może zobowiązać Sprzedającego, poprzez przesłanie stosownego zapytania, w tym również e-mailem, do udzielenia informacji o stanie przetwarzanych danych osobowych dotyczących jego osoby.

Kupującemu przysługuje również prawo do żądania usunięcia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany danych osobowych przetwarzanych przez Sprzedającego.

Szczegółowe informacje dla Użytkowników dot. przetwarzania danych osobowych, w tym celów, podstaw przetwarzania ze wskazaniem przepisów prawa, okresów przetwarzania oraz przysługujących im praw zostają każdorazowo przekazywane Użytkownikom w momencie zbierania od nich danych osobowych.

§ 6

Zmiany Polityki Prywatności

Nowe wersje Polityki Prywatności będą się pojawiały na stronie internetowej Sklepu internetowego

wraz ze stosownym komunikatem.
